Member Zack L. stated that perhaps, as a last resort, the club could continue to elect a treasurer but hire an outside book keeper to assume Brad's current day to day operations.  Further, a suggestion was made to send out a PAPC newsletter to all club members, informing them of the pending opening in the treasurers' position to gage any other possible interest from any members.  A motion was made and seconded to send out a newsletter to all club members.  This was passed by all in attendance.
